Polar Arena is located next to North High School at 2444 11th Ave. E. in North St. Paul. Polar Arena is open September through May. Open Skating is available during the months of September and October only.
Polar Arena is the home of the North High School Boys and Girls hockey teams, the No. St. Paul Area Hockey Association, and the Maplewood Figure Skating Club.

Polar Arena opened to the public in December of 1969, and is owned and operated by Independent School District 622.
